摘要
酞菁具有优异的光电特性,广泛应用于光电仪器﹑激光成像﹑绿色印版﹑光伏电池制造等领域。金属酞菁几乎不溶于水和有机溶剂,极大地限制了它的应用,提高其应用性能,是目前酞菁材料研究开发的热点。本研究的目的就是合成一种酞菁颜料高分子包覆剂,在不影响其光学及光电性能下对金属酞菁进行表面包覆,制成溶剂型或水剂型浆料,用在绿色环保印版及光伏电池制造领域。文章对酞菁颜料高分子包覆剂进行了简单仪器表征,并对高分子包覆剂的结构﹑合成路线﹑合成影响因素进行研究归纳,最后得出结论。
Phthalocyanine has excellent photoelectric properties, and is widely used in photoelectric instruments, laser imaging, green printing plates, photovoltaic cells manufacturing and other fields. Metal phthalocyanine is almost insoluble in water and organic solvent, which greatly limits its application and improves its application performance. The purpose of this study is to synthesize a phthalocyanine polymer coating agent, without affecting its optical and photoelectric properties of metal phthalocyanine coating made of solvent or water slurry, used in the manufacture of green printing plate and the field of photovoltaic cells. In this paper, the phthalocyanine pigment polymer coating agent was characterized by simple instrument, and the structure, synthesis route and synthesis influencing factors of the polymer coating were studied and concluded.
