世界“汉语热”背景下马来西亚华文教育发展的困境与出路 被引量:5

摘要 世界"汉语热"背景下,如何进一步强化汉语国际教育与华文教育之间的共生机制,消减共生阻尼机制成为当下学者关注的焦点。马来西亚华文教育面临着诸如国家层面单元化教育政策的挑战、中国汉语国际推广机构与华文教育机构之间缺乏常态化沟通机制、市场层面国际学校的激烈竞争以及华文中小学自身发展的瓶颈等问题。为了更好地保持华人族群的民族性,大马华社需要在文教政策方面争取更大的生存空间;华文学校亟需推进以提升教育质量为主旨的教育改革;中国政府需进一步整合汉语国际教育与海外华文教育资源并构建两者之间的常态化沟通机制。 In the context of"Chinese fever"in the world,many scholars pay attention to strengthen the symbiotic mechanism between organization of IPCL and overseas Chinese education,and to reduce the symbiotic damping mechanisms. The Chinese education in Malaysia face many problems,such as centralized educational policy challenges from the national level,lack of normalization communication mechanism between organization of IPCL and overseas Chinese education,international schools fierce competition from market level,development bottleneck of Chinese primary and middle schools. In order to maintain the nationality of ethnic Chinese,Chinese communities in Malaysia need to strive for greater living space in the cultural and educational policy,Chinese schools need to promote education reform for improving quality of education. The Chinese government needs to integrate the resources between International education of Chinese language and overseas Chinese education,and construct the normalization communication mechanism.
