摘要
界定民族干部教育培训的内涵、民族干部教育培训的供需主体,构建民族干部教育培训供需模式,展开对民族干部教育培训供需模型的实证研究,根据民族干部教育培训的三阶段设计民族干部教育培训供需模型的评价指标,并对设计问卷的数据进行统计与检验,找出民族干部教育培训供需模型的五个特征因子,提出民族干部教育培训机构应紧紧把握当前形势,加强民族干部教育培训供给侧改革与创新研究,努力提高干部教育培训的质量和效果。
By defining the connotation and demand-supply subject and constructing demand-supply mode of ethnic officials" education and training, the article conducts an empirical study of the very mode. In accordance with three stages of the very education and training, the article designs its evalu- ation standards and conducts statistics of the data and testing though questionnaire. The article puts forwards 5 feature factors of the very mode, holds that we should make most of the current situation, enforce supply side reform and innovation study and enhance the quality and effectiveness of the very education and training.
