摘要
介绍了柔性染料敏化太阳电池(DSSCs)的结构和基本原理,综述了柔性DSSCs各项关键技术的实验和产业化研究最新成果。对柔性DSSCs中的几个重要组成部分,纳米半导体氧化物、染料敏化剂、氧化还原电解质、对电极和导电基底材料等几个方面的研究进展进行了详细的评述。介绍了柔性DSSCs各个组成部分在实验室和大规模产业化研究中的各方面发展,对未来柔性DSSCs的发展方向进行了展望。
This paper introduces the structure and basic principles of flexible dye-sensitized solar cells( DSSCs),and summarizes the latest results in experimental research and industrialization of various key technologies concerning flexible DSSCs.Research progress on several important parts of flexible DSSCs,which including nanometer semiconductor oxides,dye sensitizer,redox electrolyte,electrode and conductive substrate materials are reviewed in detail. All research developments both in laboratory and large-scale industrialization for various parts of flexible DSSCs are introduced and the future development direction for flexible DSSCs is also prospected.
