无溶剂含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯表面施胶剂的合成及性能 被引量:1

摘要 以丙烯酸单体为溶剂,利用聚己内酯二元醇(PCL1000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)合成水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WPUA),WPUA中引入十三氟辛醇(FOH),制备无VOC溶剂自交联含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WFPUA)复合乳液。加入后扩链剂乙二胺基乙磺酸钠(AAS)可提高预聚体自乳化能力,降低乳胶粒粒径,提升WFPUA稳定性。研究了表面施胶后纸张的表面形态、防水防油、耐破度、撕裂度及抗张强度等性能。结果表明:聚合物在施胶后纸张表面纤维上成膜,纸张表面空隙减少;纸张与水和二碘甲烷接触角达到136.1°和105.3°;施胶后纸张耐破度达到266 k Pa,撕裂度达到732 m N,干湿抗张强度指数达到5.1 N·m/g和53 N·m/g,可以很好地运用到特种纸的制备中。 Waterborne polyurethane acrylate( WPUA) is synthesized by using polycaprolactone diol,isophorone diisocyanate,2,2-dimethylolbutanoic acid,trimethylolpropane as raw materials and acrylic acid monomer as solvent.Then,VOC-solvent free self-crosslink waterborne fluorinated polyurethane acrylate( WFPUA) composite emulsion is prepared by adding tridecafluoro-octanol into WPUA. After adding ethylenediamine ethyl sulfonate( AAS),a chain extender,the self-emulsifying ability of the prepolymer can be improved and the particle size of the latex particles can be reduced while the stability of WFPUA is also enhanced. After surface sizing,the paper performances such as surface morphology,waterproof,oil-proof,bursting strength,tearing strength and tensile strength are studied. The results indicate that after sizing,the polymer forms film on the surface fiber of paper and paper surface space drops. The contact angle between paper and water reaches 136. 1°,the contact between paper and diiodomethane reaches 105. 3°. The paper bursting strength reaches 266 k Pa,tearing strength reaches 732 m N,dry and wet tensile strengths reaches 5. 1 N·m·g^-1and 53 N·m·g^-1respectively.This polymer can be well applied to the preparation of specialty paper.
