摘要
员工福利在具体实施过程中面临着多重考验,"激励因素"和"保健因素"的不平衡影响着员工福利的开展.本文通过分析员工福利问题的原因,提出了符合企业发展目标的有效对策.
Knowledge-based enterprise employee benefits is an important part of human resource management.
