摘要
"顶岗置换"模式以建构主义理论、教师专业发展理论和"教学做"合一理论为支撑,是对教育实习和教师培训的改革与创新,对教师教育一体化、高等教育人才培养、基础教育均衡发展具有多赢效应.实习效度较差、培训实效较低、保障体系不够健全等,阻碍了"顶岗置换"功效的发挥,通过科学安排实习时间、实习基地、实习任务,选择合适的置换对象、培训方案、培训讲师,并大力加强保障体系建设,能有效优化"顶岗置换"模式.
The model of "post-replacement" is supported by the theories of constructivism, teacher profession- al development and the theory of "teaching and doing". It is the reform and innovation of educational practice and teacher training. The balanced development among Integration of Teacher Education, Talents Training in Higher Education and basic education has the multi-win effect. Depth discussion of the "top job replacement" model opti- mization strategy, "can effectively promote the" top job replacement "model implementation" to promote the teach- ers' overall professional level.
