摘要
通过实证调查和校本研究,分析了中学物理卓越教师的特征,明确了中学物理卓越教师培养目标,构建了中学物理卓越教师实验班管理办法,为高等师范院校卓越人才培养计划实施提供了有益的理论研究和实践探索.
Through empirical investigation and school-based research, this paper analyses the traits of the high school excellent physics teachers, and establishes the goal of high school physics teacher training, the implementa- tion scheme of high school excellent physics teacher mode, including the training standards and the implementation plan, the measures for the administration of experimental classes, providing a useful theoretical research and practi- cal exploration for the implementation of the plan for the cultivation of excellent talents in normal colleges and uni- versities.
