不同手术铺巾材料对经皮肾镜手术患者体温和术后感染的影响

Effects of different surgical towels materials on the body temperature and postoperative infection of patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy

目的对比使用棉织布和无纺布2种铺巾材料的经皮肾镜手术患者低体温和术后感染的发生情况,确定更适宜的铺巾材料。方法随机将符合条件的80例经皮肾镜碎石手术患者分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,分别使用无纺布(观察组)和棉织布铺巾材料(对照组),记录比较术中抗渗液性能、患者围术期体温和术后感染率等指标。结果使用不同铺巾材料后抗渗液性能、不同时点的体温数据、术后感染率均具有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾镜手术中使用无纺布铺巾材料优于棉织布铺巾材料,能降低患者低体温发生率和术后感染率。

Objective To compare low temperature and the incidence of postoperative infections for percutaneous nephroscope surgery patients by using two different spread towels materials with cotton fabric or non-woven fabric,so as to determine the more appropriate spread towels material. Methods 80 cases patients with percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 40 cases in each group used non-woven（ observation group） and the cotton weaving shop towel material（ control group）. Indicators with intraoperative seepage resistance,patients perioperative body temperature and postoperative infection rate were recorded comparatively. Results After using two different spread wipes materials indicators of seepage resistance,part of the body temperature data and postoperative infection rate between two groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using non-woven fabric shop towels material in percutaneous nephroscope surgery is better than using cotton fabric shop towel,for the former can reduce the incidence of low body temperature and postoperative infection.
