摘要
目的探讨健康教育与营养对矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺气肿(COPD)的干预作用。方法选择青岛市中心医院2015年1月-2016年5月收治的90例矽肺合并COPD患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例;对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施健康教育联合营养干预,比较两组营养学指标、血气指标、肺功能指标。结果观察组体质量、血浆蛋白水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.315~8.061,P<0.05);动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)明显低于对照组,动脉血氧分压(PaO2)明显高于对照组(t=10.092~14.058,P<0.05);1秒用气呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)等肺功能指标均明显高于对照组(t=2.120~2.283,P<0.05)。结论营养干预与健康教育有助于改善患者的呼吸困难与肺功能,增强患者的抗病能力。
Objective To explore interventive effect of health education and nutrition on cases with silicosis combined with chronic obstructive emphysema(COPD). Methods Select 90 patients with silicosis combined with COPD treated in Qingdao Central Hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 and randomly and equally allocate into observation group and control group respectively. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group on the control group basis was given the same routine care plus intervention of health education combined with nutrition. Compare the nutrition indicators, blood gas indicators and pulmonary function indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The weight and the plasma protein level of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2 )of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2 ) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t = 10. 092 - 14. 058, P 0.05). Pulmonary function indicators, such as forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC), were significantly higher than those of the control group(t = 2. 120 -2. 283, P 〈0.05). Conclusions Nutrition and health education can help improve the conditions of respiratory system and pulmonary function of patients, and can strengthen patients' resistance against disease .
