随着21世纪的发展,企业在不断地控制生产成本,为保证经济利益,各大食品生产企业逐渐强化对食品生产环节计量技术的控制和管理。本文针对对食品安全生产的应用现状,阐述了计量技术在食品生产环节应用的必要性和重要性,分析计量技术在食品生产环节的应用及注意问题,提出食品生产中计量技术的相关指导意见,对我国食品生产技术在今后的发展中具有借鉴作用。
