现如今,伴随着经济的发展,人们也越来越看重利益。与此同时出现了一系列如食品安全等问题。食品安全问题一直困扰着数以万计的国人,所以,解决食品安全问题已经迫在眉睫。食品安全检验工作是保障国人吃上放心食品的基础,在这时候,生物技术的出现大大改善了传统的食品检验技术。本文通过食品安全检验应用生物检测技术的意义、生物检测技术在食品安全检验中的应用和生物检测技术的具体应用三个方面对生物检测应用于食品安全检验中进行阐述。希望对日后食品安全检验中应用生物检测技术提供可参考的意见。
