对于人们来说,食品是一种生活必需品,人们对食品有很大依赖性,随着时代的发展和人们生活水平的提升,更多的食品被生产出来。如今我国食品已经形成一个复杂的系统,而我国食品供应链显得更加难以管理,同时食品质量安全问题不断出现。所以针对这些问题,本文研究分析食品供应链管理和食品质量安全,并且分析了两者关系,使食品供应链管理和食品质量安全能够互相促进,最终带给食品体系更大的改革,帮助我国食品行业得到更加好的发展。
