Study on Heavy Metal Detection Technology in Food Plastic Packaging

塑料制品价格低廉、性能优异和品种繁多,在食品包装中得到广泛应用。然而食品长期与塑料包装直接接触,极易导致塑料中的化学成分迁移到食品中,造成食品污染。尤其是塑料包装中的重金属物质,一直是重点监管的对象。文章分析了食品塑料包装材料中的重金属污染隐患,并探讨了几种常用的重金属检测技术,以加大食品安全监管力度。

Plastic products with low price, excellent performance and wide variety, widely used in food packaging and plastic packaging of food. However, long-term direct contact, can easily lead to the chemicals in plastic transfer to food, food contamination. Especially in the plastic packaging of heavy metal substances, has been the focus of supervision of the object. This paper analyzes the hidden dangers of heavy metals in food plastic packaging materials, and probes into several commonly used heavy metal detection techniques, so as to increase the supervision of food safety.
