摘要 在科学技术水平不断发展的今天,微胶囊技术水平也不断的取得了发展与革新。该项技术,在目前的发展中属于一种较新的科学技术,目前大多应用在食品加工领域中,尤其在乳品加工业中,都取得了显著的应用效果。乳品加工业,在实际生产中,面临着较多的技术性问题,因此借助该项技术,可以促进其有效生产,并且促进了该类企业获得最大化的经济效益。基于此,本文对该项技术的内容与发展,进行了简单的概述,之后结合乳品加工业,对于技术在该领域中的实际应用,做了详细的分析与研究。 At the level of scientific and technological development, the technical level of microcapsule has been continuously developed and innovated. The technology, in the current development is a relatively new science and technology, most of the current application in the field of food processing, especially in the dairy industry, have made significant application results. Dairy processing industry, in the actual production, faced with more technical problems, so with the technology, can promote its effective production, and promote the enterprises to maximize the economic benefits.
