程序性死亡配体1在三阴性乳腺癌中的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)侵袭性强,转移率高,预后差。程序性死亡配体1(PDL1)在介导肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸中起着重要作用,其在TNBC中的研究也不断深入。笔者对TNBC中PDL1的表达、调控、治疗等方面的研究进展作一综述,以期为TNBC的治疗提供新的思路。
