粉煤灰微珠替代水泥熟料的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 粉煤灰微珠(简称微珠)是一种新型的超细粉体材料,通过对粉煤灰进行精选、加工可以制得。通过试验研究发现,在水泥磨制过程中掺加适量的微珠替代部分水泥熟料,可以降低水泥的标准稠度用水量,在不影响早期抗压强度的前提下,可以提高水泥的28 d抗压强度,同时降低水泥的成本。利用微珠替代部分水泥熟料制得的水泥,拌制C30和C50强度等级的混凝土,在保证相同坍落度的前提下,可以降低3~4 kg/m^3左右的用水量,提高混凝土的28 d抗压强度。 Micro ball of fly ash (micro ball for short) was a new-type superfine powdery material, it could be obtained by fine separation and process of fly ash. Through experiment, we found that if we use micro ball to replace some cement clinker during cement grinding, the water requirement of normal consistency would reduce, the 28d compressive strength would increase under the condition that the early strength was not influenced, the cost of cement would reduce. Compared to the normal cement to prepare C30 and C50 concrete, the cement produced by replacing some cement by micro ball could reduce water consumption 3-4kg/m^3 of concrete under the same slump condition and the 28d compressive strength of concrete would increase.
