供给侧结构性改革背景下,地方高校需要将人才培养的主要任务转变为服务地方经济和社会发展。目前地方高校的管理还存在许多问题,需要采取措施,主要是坚定应用型人才培养理念、实现学科专业动态管理、改进教学方法、大力建设"双师型"师资队伍、完善实践教学体制机制、加强与社会的联系等,以此实现转型发展。

Under the background of supply-side reform, regional universities should reroute their education objectives to meeting the demands of regional economy. Currently, there exist in the administration of regional universities various problems requiring solutions, among which, the key measures include emphasizing the policy of cultivating talents for practical occupations, implementing dynamic specialty management, reforming teaching approa- ches, constructing the faculty of ＂two-fold standard＂ instructors, reforming the practice teaching system and enhance universities＇ ties with the regional community.
