东莞市麻涌镇社区卫生服务中心服务现状分析

Research on the present situation of community health service centers of machong town of dongguan

目的分析东莞市麻涌镇社区卫生服务中心的服务现状。方法随机选择2012年1月-2015年12月东莞市麻涌镇社区卫生服务中心的运营服务资料,对服务情况进行分析。结果东莞市麻涌镇社区卫生服务中心的医务人员主要为女性(87.38%),且大部分在26~50岁。医师的学历主要集中在本科和大专,护士的学历主要集中在大专和中专。社区患儿的生活质量评分、Barthl指数评分以及QOL-100评分均大部分≥61分,患儿及家属的服务满意度较高,且各年的对比差异变化不大。结论东莞市麻涌镇社区卫生服务中心的服务情况呈良好状态,但社区医院仍需继续保持和优化,不断提高服务质量,从而更好的为社区儿童提供更好的卫生保健服务。

Objective To analysis the status quo of Community health Service Centers of Machong Town of Dongguan.Methods Randomly selected the service information from December 2015 to December 2012 in Community health Service Centers of Machong Town of Dongguan,analysed the community services.Results The medical staff in Community health Service Centers of Machong Town of Dongguan were mainly female（87.38%）,and most of them were between 26 and 50 years old.Doctor＇s degree was mainly concentrated in the undergraduate and Junior College,the degree of education mainly concentrated in college and technical secondary school.Community children＇ s quality of life score,Barthl index score and QOL-100 score were mostly greater than or equal to 61 points,the service satisfaction of patients and their families was higher,and the difference was not changed.Conclusion The service of Community health Service Centers of Machong Town of Dongguan is in good condition,but it still need to continue to maintain and optimize,and constantly improve the quality of service,so as to better for children in communities provide better health care service.
