切口疝患者无张力疝修补术围手术期评估要点体会(附58例报告)

Perioperative evaluating of tension-free hernia repair in patients with incisional hernia:a report of 58 cases

目的针对腹壁切口疝无张力疝修补术患者,提出围手术期合理的评估方案。方法对2014年3月至2015年10月,新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院手术治疗的58例腹壁切口疝患者围手术期评估要点进行总结。结果 58例患者经过精心全面的围手术期评估与管理,均获得良好的治疗效果,随访12个月,术后有2例复发,术前平均住院时间5.1 d,术后平均住院时间6.8 d。结论切口疝修补术存在风险大、并发症多、复发率高等问题,若辅以精心全面评估,可明显降低术后并发症及后期复发率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To design the rational strategy for perioperative evaluation on tension-free herniorrhaphy in patients with incisional hernia.Methods From March 2014 to October 2015, the perioperative evaluation of 58 patients with abdominal incisional hernia in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People′s Hospital was summarized.Results After carefully comprehensive perioperative evaluation and management, the 58 patients obtained good treatment effect.All patients were followed up for 12 months, and 2 patients had recurrence.The median preoperative and postoperative hospital stay was 5.1 dsys and 6.8 days, respectively.Conclusion Incisional hernia repairs are challenged, with high complications and recurrence rate.If carefully evaluated preoperatively, It can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the life quality of patients.
