摘要
加强基础研究是提高中国原始中创新能力、积累智力资本的重要途径,是建设创新型国家的根本动力和源泉。国家自然科学基金是中国支持基础研究的主渠道之一,获得该基金资助的能力成为评估中国各省域和科研机构基础研究水平的重要指标。该文基于国家自然科学基金相关信息,构建基础研究竞争力指数,对2006-2016年地球科学领域的项目数量、项目经费、31个省域基础研究竞争力及其变化趋势,以及2016年31个省域基础研究竞争力详情进行了分析和总结,并提出建议以推动中国地球科学的发展。
Strengthening the basic research is not only an important way to improve the ability of original innovation and accumulate intellectual capital, but also the fundamental power and source of building an innovation oriented country. The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) is one of the most important channels to support basic research in China. Competition for funding by the NSFC has been a very important indicator to measure the basic research level of various province and scientific research institutions. Based on the project information of NSFC, the paper constructs the index of basic research competitiveness, analyzes project number and project funding of earth science during 2006-2016. At the same time, the competitiveness of earth science basic research and its changing trend in 31 provinces of China are analyzed, and some improvement suggestions are forwarded to promote the development of earth science in china.
