摘要
[目的]探讨干酪乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌的表面疏水性以及凝聚性。[方法]采用MATH法测定3株乳杆菌的表面疏水率,自凝聚试验测定菌株的自凝聚率,共凝聚试验测定3株乳杆菌与致病菌的共凝聚率。[结果]3个菌株的涡旋时间与表面疏水性呈负相关,静置时间与自凝聚作用呈正相关,且凝聚作用与致病菌的粘附和菌体自身特性有关。[结论]3株乳杆菌在肠道中均表现出良好的凝聚能力。
[ Objective] To explore the surface hydrophobicity and coherency of Lactobacillus paracasei,LactobaciUus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum. [ Method]The hydrophobic rates were determined by using MATH. Self condensation rates of bacterial strains were determined by self condensation test. Coagulation rates of Lactobacillus with pathogenic bacteria were determined by coagulation test. [ Result]The vortex time of bacterial strains was negatively correlated with the surface hydrophobicity, and the static time was positively correlated with the self condensation, the condensation was related to the adhesion of pathogenic bacteria and the characteristics of bacteria. [ Conclusion] Three stranis of Lactobacillus demonstrates good condensation ability in the gut.
