芜湖市女性失地农民城市融合度评价

Evaluation of Urban Integration of Female Landless Peasants in Wuhu

针对女性失地农民这一特殊群体,从经济、社会和文化3个层面构建城市融合度模型和评价指标体系,对芜湖市女性失地农民的城市融合度进行评价。结果表明:目前芜湖市女性失地农民整体城市融合度低于芜湖市原住民,芜湖市失地农民尚未完成完全的城市化。经济融合程度相对较高,与芜湖市原住民差距最小,社会与文化融合程度较低,较芜湖市平均水平差距大。而就业满意度、社交范围、安置政策以及固有的思想观念和思维方式是影响女性失地农民融入城市的主要影响因素。研究结果可为芜湖市制定惠及更多失地农民的政策提供科学依据。

Constructed the model of urban integration degree ,from the three aspects of economic integration degree, social integration degree and cultural integration degree, in view of the special group of female land lost farmers, the fusion degree of female land lost farmers integrated into the city was analyzed. The results showed that. At present, the integration degree of female landless peasants in Wuhu was low and that of Wuhu aborigines, the landless peasants have not yet fully completed their urbanization. The degree of economic integration was relatively high, and the gap was the lowest among the indigenous people, the degree of social and cultural integration was low, which was larger than that of Wuhu. Employment satisfaction, social scope, resettlement policy and inherent ideas, concepts and ways of thinking are the main factors that influence women＇ s landless peasants＇ integration into the city. The results could provide scientific basis for the formulation of the policy of ben- efiting more landless peasants in Wuhu.
