摘要
采用牛口蹄疫疫苗对梅花鹿进行不同时段不同剂量免疫注射,定期进行抗体检测,以了解和掌握梅花鹿注射疫苗后鹿只免疫抗体的产生和消长规律,进而探明梅花鹿口蹄疫免疫的最佳程序和方法,确定梅花鹿口蹄疫的免疫计划,为广大梅花鹿饲养者进一步做好梅花鹿口蹄疫疫病的防控工作、提高梅花鹿群体保护率提供依据和方法。
Sika deer( Cervus nippon)were injected with different doses of bovine foot -and -mouth disease(FMD) vaccine in different periods. We checked the antibody regularly to understand the growth and decline of antibodies after injection. We identified the optimal schedule and methods for immunizations for FMD in sika deer. We designed a procedure to enhance immunity. Our results provide sika deer feeders with the scientific foundation and methods to promote prevention and contrel of FMD, and to increase the efficiency of sika deer population protection.
