一例松鼠猴感染乳酸明串珠菌的诊断报告

Leuconostoc lactis Infection in Captive Squirrel Monkeys

2014年9月,合肥野生动物园发生一起松鼠猴感染乳酸明串珠菌的病例。病猴出现咳嗽,流鼻涕,发热等症状。病程较快,观察到上述症状后即死亡。剖检时发现肺脏瘀血,肠壁有大小均一的黑点。从病死猴的肝脏分离到一株细菌,纯分后发现菌落形态为细小灰白色,表面光滑,呈透镜状,边缘整齐无皱褶。革兰氏染色后镜检发现为革兰氏阳性球菌,经过细菌16S rRNA PCR扩增和测序比对,确诊为乳酸明串珠菌感染。

in September 2014, Leuconostoc lactis infection was found in squirrel monkeys at the Hefei Wildlife Park. Sick monkeys showed symptoms of cough, runny nose, and fever. The course of the infection was short and monkeys died quickly after these symptoms were observed. At necropsy, we found lung congestion and uniform - sized black spots on the intestinal wall. After screening and purifying bacteria isolated from the liver of dead monkeys, we found the pure colony was small, gray white, smooth -faced, lens shaped and with neat edges. Gram positive cocci were confirmed by microscopic examination after Gram staining. After bacterial 16S rRNA PCR amplification, sequencing and sequence alignment, the pathogen was confirmed to be Leuconostoc lactis.
