活血化瘀方联合米非司酮片预防子宫肌瘤术后复发临床观察

Clinical Observation of Huoxue Huayu Prescription Combined with Mifepristone Tablets in Preventing Recurrence of Postoperative Myomectomy After Hysteromyoma

目的 :观察活血化瘀方联合米非司酮片预防子宫肌瘤患者肌瘤切除术后复发的效果。方法 :纳入110例行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组术后口服米非司酮片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合活血化瘀方口服。观察2组术后1年的复发率,治疗前后促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)和孕激素(P)水平的变化,及服药期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组术后1年子宫肌瘤复发率为3.6%,低于对照组的14.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FSH、LH、E2、P水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.01);观察组的4项内分泌指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组患者子宫肌瘤剔除术后均未出现明显并发症,对照组不良反应发生率为5.5%,观察组不良反应发生率为12.7%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有不良反应症状在停药后均恢复正常。结论:活血化瘀方联合米非司酮片预防子宫肌瘤患者肌瘤剔除术后再发效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu prescription combined with Mifepristone tablets in preventing recurrence of postoperative myomectomy after hysteromyoma. Methods： Divided 110 cases of patients with hysteromyoma into the control group and the observation group randomly, 55 cases in each group. The control group was given oral Mifepristone tablets after operation, while the observation group was given Huoxue Huayu prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Observed recurrence rate in both groups, and change of level of follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, estrogen （E2）, progesterone （P） before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reaction during treatment. Results： After one year of operation, recurrence rate was 3.6% in the observation group, being lower than16.7% in the control group, the difference being significant （P〈 0.05）. After treatment, levels of FSH, LH, E2 and P of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment, and the endocrine indexes of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. There was no obvious complication after myomectomy in both groups. Adverse reaction rate was 3.6% in the control group, and was 14.5% in the observation group, the difference being no significance （P〉 0.05）. All adverse reaction disappeared after drug withdraw. Conclusion= Huoxue Huayu prescription combined with Mifepristone tablets has significant efficacy in preventing recurrence of postoperative myomectomy in patients with hysteromyoma.
