温阳法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭思路研究

Thought Study of Yang-Warming Therapy for Chronic Renal Failure

中医学认为,慢性肾功能衰竭病机错综复杂,本虚标实,正虚邪实贯穿于疾病的始终。笔者在对温阳法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的理论基础、临床研究综述分析的基础上,结合自身实践经验,就温阳法治疗本病的方药、临床运用原则进行归纳总结,为临床诊治提供参考。

From the perspective of Chinese medicine, the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure is complicated. The disease basically comes from deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality and from healthy qi deficiency and pathogenic qi excess. The article is based on the theoretical foundation and clinical research review for chronic renal failure with yang-warming method and combines practical experience of authors to summarize prescriptions and principles of yang-warming therapy for chronic renal failure, and thus to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
