从扶正祛邪探讨肿瘤的临床诊治

Discussion on Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Tumor from the Perspective of Reinforce Healthy Qi and Dispel Pathogenic Qi

中医学理论认为正邪决定疾病的发生、发展与转归。"正"可泛指脏腑功能(结构)及功能储备,而"邪"可泛指伤害机体的一切因素。分析肿瘤不同阶段虚、瘀、痰、毒的特点,结合手术、放化疗等治疗手段对机体正、邪的动态影响,在整体观和辨证论治思维指导下,动态、个体化评估正邪的变化,确立除瘤务尽或带瘤生存与见瘤治瘤结合的原则,并以此指导中西医扶正及祛邪手段的具体应用,从而取中西医所长以达到提高生存质量和延长生存时间之目的。

From the perspective of Chinese medicine theory, occurrence, development and outcome of disease are affected by pathogenic qi and healthy qi. Healthy qi generally refers to the function and structure of zangfu organs, while pathogenic qi generally refers to all factors that causes damage to body. Analyzing characteristics of deficiency, stagnation, phlegm and toxicity of tumor in different periods, combining with dynamic effect of operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy on healthy qi and pathogenic qi of body and evaluating change of healthy qi and pathogenic qi dynamically and individually under the guidance of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation, thus to establish the principle of completely removing the tumor or living with tumors and treating the tumor that is found, so as to guide the specific application of Chinese and western medicine to reinforce healthy qi and dispel pathogenic qi, and to achieve the aim of improving quality of life and prolonging survival time bv utilizina the strenaths of Chinese and western medicine.
