四川省不同烤烟产地烟叶中性致香物质含量分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了了解四川烤烟各主要产地烟叶的中性致香物质成分及含量,对来自四川6个产烟地的中部烤后烟叶样品,采用GC-MS分析方法,进行了中性致香物质含量的测定。结果表明,四川各烤烟产地烟叶的中性致香物质成分的种类相同,但各组分的含量相差较大。仁和烟叶的中性致香物质总量、茄酮含量、苯丙氨酸类致香物质含量较高;古蔺烟叶的类胡萝卜素降解产物及新植二烯含量较高;会理烟叶的棕色化产物类致香物质含量较高。 In order to understand the content of neutral aroma constituents of tobacco leaves in the main tobacco cultivation areas in Sichuan Province, tobacco leaf samples from six tobacco cultivation areas were collected and the content of neutral aroma substances were determined using GC- MS analysis method. The results showed that the types of neutral aroma components in flue-cured tobacco leaves in Sichuan was the same ,but the content of each component was different. The total content of neutral aroma components, the content of solanesol, and the content of phenylalanine flavor compounds in Renhe tobacco leaf were higher,while Gulin tobacco leaf higher in the content of the carotenoid degradation products and neophytadiene, Huili tobacco leaf higher in the content of the products of browning reaction aroma components.
