随着城镇化的快速推进,城镇建设用地需求不断增加,土地冲突问题日益凸显并呈现加剧的趋势。对土地冲突原因进行探讨分析,有助于加深对土地冲突问题的深层次认知,为地方政府制定发展规划提供科学依据。本文主要运用文献资料法、归纳总结法对土地冲突中相关利益主体和引起冲突的客体(土地)进行了具体分析,对中国城镇化中土地冲突暴发诱因和深层次原因进行了整理归纳。

With the rapid development of urbanization, urban construction land demand is increasing, and the problem of land conflict has become increasingly prominent and intensified.The study of the causes and sources of land conflict can help to deepen the deep cognition of land conflicts and provide scientific basis for the local governments to formulate development plans.ln this paper, it mainly used the methods of documentary and induction to analyze the relevant stakeholders and the objects of conflict in the land conflict, and also summarized the causes and deep reasons of the land conflict in China＇s urbanization.
