摘要
目的:采用体外细胞实验对猫眼草的抗肿瘤活性进行研究,筛选抗肿瘤活性较强的部分,旨在为猫眼草作为抗肿瘤药物的开发提供理论依据。方法:MTT法测定不同浓度的猫眼草不同萃取部分对乳腺癌2R-75-30细胞生长的抑制作用。结果:猫眼草乙酸乙酯、氯仿部分对乳腺癌细胞2R-75-30的生长有抑制作用,且呈现一定的梯度关系,随着药物浓度的升高,对乳腺癌细胞的生长抑制率增强。结论:猫眼草在抗肿瘤方面有一定的研究开发价值。
Objective: The antitumor activity of Euphorbia lunulata Bge was evaluated in vitro cell experiments in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of cat grass and a new direction and more choices for the development of effective anticancer drugs. Methods: MTT method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of different extraction fractions of Euphorbia lunulata Bge on the growth of breast cancer 2R-75-30 cells. Results: Chloroform layer and ethyl acetate layer of Euphorbia lunulata Bge's extracts showed inhibition on the 2R-75-30 breast cancer cell's growth and a certain gradient relationship with the drug concentration which increased with the inhibition rate enhancement on the 2R-75-30 breast cancer cell's growth. According to the results of the anti-tumor activity measurement, the Euphorbia lunulata Bge's extracts in the ethyl acetate layer have anti-tumor activity. Conclusion: This study was designed to provide a theoretical basis to developing Euphorbia lunulata Bge as antioxidant and anticancer drugs.
