马克思制度理论视野下的社会主义制度定型问题探析

An Interpretation of Socialist Maturity from a Historical Materialism Perspective

文章基于马克思的制度理论分析框架,探讨了社会主义制度体系的一般特征与特殊规定性,认为社会主义制度定型的基本原则是发展生产、共同富裕,并尝试性地揭示社会主义制度体系成熟定型的基本逻辑,那就是:将摸索规律与顶层设计相结合,通过深化与实施顶层设计,依靠人民群众自觉的创造性实践,使公有制为主体的基本经济制度获得其成熟形态,并在此基础上完善相应的社会的、政治的制度。这个过程本质上就是使社会生产得以进行的全部制度要素获得社会主义性质并向总体制度有机生成的过程。

We first discuss the universality and peculiarity of Marxism from the perspective of the Marx＇s theory of system. We point out that the basic principle of socialist maturity is to develop production and achieve common prosperity. We then tentatively argue that mature socialism,based on the basic system of socialism,includes the economic,social and political elements and meanwhile creates other elements through top-level design. This is the underlying logic behind socialist maturity.This process essentially means that all the social premises for production are socialistic by nature and should follow their inherent law. In this way,these elements constitute the general system of socialism.
