论张彭春与国际人权体系的建构

Pengchun Chang and the Development of the International Human Rights System

在国际人权体系的建构过程中,中国代表张彭春先生参与了《世界人权宣言》的起草并做出了卓越的贡献。文章试图以交叉验证的方法,通过文献研究、实证研究和案例研究的形式,来分析和讨论张彭春在国际人权体系建构过程中所发挥的重要作用。研究发现张彭春能够成为国际人权体系的主要设计师不是偶然的,他的聪明才智既得益于中国优秀传统文化的滋养,又汲取了西方哲理与教育的精华。

In the developing process of the international human rights system,Pengchun Chang the outstanding Chinese representative,participated in the drafting of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and made prominent contributions.This paper attempts to use triangulations to analyze and discuss the significant role played by Pengchun Chang in constructing the international human rights system by employing literature studies,empirical studies and a case study. It is believed that it was not accidental for Pengchun Chang to become a principal architect of the international human rights system,and his cleverness and wisdom benefitted from both the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the Western philosophies and essentials of the Western education.
