摘要
随着团队协作在实际的产品设计项目工作中越来越普遍。团队成员如何更加和谐、高效沟通也显得越发重要。由于专业性强的原因,设计师拥有不同于他人的思维和想法,但也通常存在不容忽视的局限性,使得在实际工作中,各个职位的人与设计师的沟通都存在着一些不可避免的问题。这除了需要设计师不断提升自我,更需要团队成员共同学习设计,掌握沟通技巧。文章从工作中设计师本身的特点入手,随后从设计工作的五个阶段分析项目沟通中的常见问题,并阐述注意事项及解决对策。
As teamwork becomes more common in real product design projects, it is increasingly important for team members to be more harmonious and efficient. Due to the professional reasons, designers have different thinking and ideas than others, but there are usually limitations that cannot be ignored. So that in practice, there are many unavoidable problems in the communication between other workers and the designers. To solve this problem, designers are required to continuously upgrade themselves. More important, team members need to learn more about design and as well as communication skills. The essay starts from the characteristics of designers themselves in the work; then analyses the common problems in the communication in projects from the five stages of the design work; finally, elaborates the precautions and the countermeasures.
