摘要
SiCp/Al复合材料高速车削时,存在表面缺陷形态多变、表面粗糙度值过大、表面质量差等问题.为了探究影响高速车削表面粗糙度的切削参数,获得较好的表面粗糙度,设计了基于切削速度、进给量、切削深度、刀尖圆弧半径4个切削参数的16组正交试验.通过进行正交切削试验,获得4参数不同水平下的零件表面粗糙度值,通过田口方法研究了SiCp/Al复合材料高速车削时的最佳加工参数,并建立了表面粗糙度的经验公式.最后,再次进行切削试验,试验结果验证了两种表面粗糙度预测方法的有效性及正确性.
The various surface defects and the large surface rough value have to been faced in high-speed turning of SiCp/Al composites. To research the cut parameters on surface roughness in high-speed turning and achieve the better surface roughness value, 16 orthogonal experiments are designed based on cut speed, feed rate, depth of cut and nose radius. Surface roughness value on 4 different levels of 4 parameters is achieved, the optimum cut parameters are researched by Taguchiapproachin High-speed Turning of SiCp/ Al Composites, and empirical formula on surface roughness is built accordingly. Finally, cut experiments are conducted again and the experimental results verify the effectiveness and accuracy of Taguchiapproach and empirical formula approach.
