摘要
基于"中国制造2025"背景下的生产方式特征,对技能型人才提出了新的能力要求.以"能力培养"需求为导向,提出通过构建"四方联动"完善人才培养保障机制,通过实现"三层衔接"完善系统化教学体系,通过完善"教育立交桥"增加职业教育的吸引力,从而保障"中国制造2025"技能型人才的培养.
Oriented from ＂Made in China 2025＂, the characteristic of the production mode requires the skilled personnel to possess new capabilities. To ride on the capability training demands, the four-side collaboration is proposed to improve the ensuring mechanism, whilst the three-layer connection is proposed to improve the teaching system. By strengthening the educational overpass, the attractiveness of professional education is enhanced. In this way, the skilled personnel training for ＂Made in China 2025＂ can be guaranteed.
