浅谈牺牲阳极远程测量系统的应用

摘要 牺牲阳极远程测量系统是以地理信息系统(GIS)为基础平台,以公共无线数据通讯方式(GPRS)为数据传输手段,配合辅助决策分析功能,实现对燃气管网阴极保护运行情况的在线不间断检测,能有效地实时监测杂散电流对阴极保护的影响,而且其对测量、采集、传输、发布、报警等数据处理的自动化程度高,无需人工干预,降低了人工测量的成本以及事故安全隐患。 Sacrificial Anode Remote Measurement System is based on Geographic Information System (GIS) as the basic platform, with General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) as a means of data transmission and with auxiliary decision analysis function. It realizes 24-hour uninterrupted detection for the gas steel pipe with sacrificial anodic protection system. Meanwhile the real-time monitoring of the influence of stray current on cathodic protection is solved effectively. Its measurement, acquisition transmission, publishing, alarm and other data processing contains a high degree of automation without human intervention, which greatly controls the labor costs, vehicle costs and accident safety hazards on manual measurement.
