八面河油田角5-23区块钻井难点及对策

摘要 八面河油田角5-23区块为完善井网,提高采收率,常采用大斜度井、水平井挖潜剩余油。在满足油藏目标要求的条件下,通过合理的井口布置及施工顺序、井眼轨迹优化及针对性绕障设计,可以有效改善角5-23区块加密井防碰难度,降低井眼相遇几率;老区加密井施工中,通过采取直井段防斜打直、浅层造斜保障措施、轨迹数据监测、牙轮钻头钻防碰井段、井眼碰撞征兆监测等防范措施,能有效地避免井眼相碰风险,并提高整体作业时效;加强老井定向数据库的管理汇集工作,对无数据的油水井采取陀螺测量井斜、方位数据,进一步做好测斜数据收集工作,可为防碰绕障提供必要的保障。 In order to improve well pattern and enhance oil recovery in Jiao 5-23 Block in Bamianhe Oilfield, highly --debiated wells and horizontal wells are often used for remaining oil exploration. Rational wellhead arrangement and operation consequence and well track optimization and targeted bypassing--barrier design can effectively overcome difficulty in preventing collision of infill wells in Jiao 5--23 Block and reduce possibility of borehole encounter. Borehole collision risk can be effectively avoided and overall operation efficiency can be enhanced in infill well operation in maturing area by taking series of prevention measures. Strengthening management and collection of old well directional database is important in avoidance of underground obstacle bumper.
