现阶段,我国成品油在储运过程中的损耗主要包括滴漏损耗、装卸损耗和蒸发损耗,导致这三种损耗的主要原因是人员素质较低、运输车辆不符合要求,以及储运工具不达标等。要有效降低成品油储运损耗,就必须加强储运管理,采用合格的设备,应用油气回收装置。

The primary causes are lower personnel quality, unqualified transport vehicles and devices for storage and transportation not up to standard.
