摘要
近年来,江汉饭店员工队伍呈现不稳定状态,流失率有所上升,影响了饭店正常经营活动的开展,了解员工的思想动态,做好员工队伍稳定工作显得尤为重要。饭店可通过搞好经营管理,提高员工对饭店发展的信心;实行人性化管理,加强员工对饭店认同感;开展"家文化"建设活动,增强员工的凝聚力等措施来做好员工队伍稳定工作,有效降低员工流失率,从而促进饭店的可持续发展。
In recent years, instability of Jianghan hotel employees has influenced the hotel's normal business activities.Therefore, it is important to know about the employees" ideological trends and ensure their stability. We can ensure their stability and promote the hotel's sustainable development by taking such measures as grasping business management to enhance their confidence in the hotel's development, having human--based management to strengthen their acceptance of the hotel and implementing "family Culture" building activity to intensify their cohesive force.
