生物补片瘘道内口填塞治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了观察生物补片对低位单纯性肛瘘创面修复的临床效果,探讨新型生物活性材料在肛瘘治疗中应用的可能性.将2013年1月至2014年12月,陕西中医药大学附属医院肛肠二科收治的120例低位单纯性肛瘘患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各60例.试验组采用生物补片瘘道内口填塞术,对照组采用肛瘘切除术.分别对2组患者术后第1、3、7、14天的疼痛及创面分泌物情况,以及术后第3、7、14天创面愈合百分比情况进行比较,并记录2组患者的术后创面愈合时间.结果显示,2组患者在治愈率和术后肛门功能恢复方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在术后第3天和第7天,试验组疼痛评分及创面分泌物的量均低于对照组(P〈0.05);在术后第7、14天,试验组的创面愈合百分比高于对照组(P〈0.05);试验组的创面愈合时间显著少于对照组(P〈0.05). 结果表明,生物补片瘘道内口填塞术可减轻肛瘘术后疼痛,有效地减少创面分泌物,促进创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间. In order to observe the clinical efficacy of bio-patch fistula-tract internal opening packing in the treatment of low simple anal fistula, further probe into the possibility to apply novel bio-active material in the treatment of anal fistula. Authors randomly divided 120 cases of low simple anal fistula admitted in our department from Jan. 2013 to Dec.2014 into trial group and control one, 60 cases for each; gave trial group above procedure, while control one still accept fistulectomy; then respectively recorded the total healing time (days) of wound-surface in both groups, observed and compared the status on pain and wound-sur- face secretion on the lst,3rd,7th and 14th day after surgery, as well as on the ratio (%) of wound-surface healing on the 3rd,7th and 14th day. total day of wound healing of postoperation of two groups patients was corded. As results, in curative rate and postoperative recovery of anal function there was no statistical difference between two groups ( P 〉0.05) ; in the score on pain and wound-surface secretion on the 3rd, 7th day after surgery trial group was signficantly lower than control one ( P 〈0.05) ; in the ratio (%) of wound-surface healing trial group was significantly higher than control one ( P 〈0.05) on the 7th and 14th day; in total healing time (days) trial group was significantly less than control one ( P 〈0.05). Results show that bio-patch fistula-tract internal opening packing can alleviate postoperative pain, effectively re- duce wound-surface secretion and to promote its healing, thus shorten healing time (days).
