平肝止泻汤治疗肝脾不和型泄泻的疗效观察

Pinggan Zhixie Tang in the treatment of Diarrhea from Incoordination between Liver and Spleen：Effect Observation

为观察平肝止泻汤治疗肝脾不和型泄泻的临床疗效,将2016年2月至2017年1月,河南省郑州市大肠肛门病医院收治的肝脾不和型泄泻患者60例,根据随机数字表法将60例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例.观察组使用平肝止泻汤治疗,对照组使用西药匹维溴铵治疗,治疗周期为4周,共2个疗程.治疗结束后根据评分量表比较2组患者的症状积分和临床疗效.结果显示,观察组总有效率为86.7%（26/30）,对照组总有效率为73.3%（22/30）,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.2组患者治疗后症状评分结果,大便泄泻、胸脘痞闷、嗳气肠鸣症状评分,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.食欲缺乏症状评分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,体倦乏力、情绪低落或烦躁症状评分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结果表明,平肝止泻汤治疗肝脾不和型泄泻在改善食欲缺乏、体倦乏力和情绪低落或烦躁症状方面的效果优于匹维溴铵,而对大便泄泻、胸脘痞闷和嗳气肠鸣症状的治疗效果与匹维溴铵组相当.

This study was to observe the clinical effect of Pinggan Zhixie Tang （decoction for calming the liver, and stopping diarrhea） in the treatment of diarrhea from incoordination between liver and spleen, randomly divided 60 patients with the diarrhea admitted in authorsI hospital from Feb. 2016 to Jan. 9,017 into observation group and control one, 30 cases for each; gave the former Pinggan Zhixie Tang, while gave the latter prinaverium bromide, both were treated for 2 medical courses （4 weeks × 2） i then com- pared both groupsI symptom score and evaluated clinical effect. As results, in total effective rate there was no statistical difference between both groups （86.7%,26/30 vs 73.3%,22/30, P 〉0.05）; about symptoms score, in the score on diarrhea, feeling of discomfort and fullness in the chest and hypochondrium, and e- ructation borborygmus there was no statistical difference （ P 〉0.05）, but in the score on appetite and in the score on languidness, low spirit or in a fret there all was statistical difference （ P 〈0.05）. Results show that above decoction compared with pinaverium bromide its efficacy on appetite, languidness, low spirit or in a fret is superior, but its efficacy on diarrhea, feeling of discomfort and fullness in the chest and hypochondrium, eructation ＆ borborygmus, and is same.
