京万红软膏润滑双氯芬酸钠栓纳肛镇痛的效果观察

Observation on the Analgesia Efficacy of Rectal Administration Diclofenac Sodium Suppository Lubricated by Jingwanhong Ointment

为了减轻痔术后患者双氯芬酸钠栓直肠给药时对创口的刺激程度,增强止痛效果,将2016年1~9月湖北医药学院附属人民医院肛肠科收治的160例痔患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例.2组患者均在术后 48 h开始,每天排便后采用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴10 min,0.5%碘伏消毒创口,将双氯芬酸钠栓1粒（50 mg）纳入肛内.观察组在用药前将双氯芬酸钠栓涂京万红软膏,起润滑止痛作用,用药毕统计患者疼痛阳性率、肛门下坠感发生率.结果显示,观察组患者术后第1次排便坐浴后肛门给药时,疼痛阳性率为17.5%（14/80）、肛门下坠感发生率为11.3%（9/80）,明显低于对照组37.5%（30/80）的疼痛阳性率和26.3%（21/80）的肛门下坠感发生率.差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结果表明,京万红软膏在润滑双氯芬酸钠栓后,可有效减轻药物对创口的刺激,减少疼痛及肛门下坠感的发生.

This study was to alleviate the stimulation degree induced by rectal administration of diclofenac sodium on wound, and to enhance its analgesia efficacy, randomly divided 160 cases of hemorrhoids admit- ted and treated in authors＇ department form Jan.2016 to Sept. 2016 into observation group and control one, 80 cases for each; at the begining of 48 h after surfery, gave 1 ： 5000 PP solution for 10 min of sitz bath daily after defecation,followed by 0.5% of iodophor for disinfecting wound, then a grain of diclofenac sodi- um suppository （50 mg） for rectal administration; so do both groups, merely in observation group before rectal administration firstly made this suppository to be lubricated by Jingwanhong ointment so that pla- ying lubricating role; afterwards, the patient＇s pain positive rate and incidence of anus tenesmus were re- corded. As results, after surgery when the first time of bowel movement-sitz bath-administration of supp- sitory in observation group the positive rate of patient＇s pain was 17.5% （14/80）, and the incidence of anus tenesmus was 11.3% （9/80） were all signigicantly lower than that in control group [37.5% （30/80） and 26.3% （21/80）, P 〈0.01]. Results show that the suppository lubricated by Jingwanhong ointment can effectively alleviate the stimulation of drugs on wound, so reduce pain and anal tenesmus.
