结肠镜下治疗结直肠息肉的围手术期护理监护

Perioperative Nursing of Colorectal Polyps Treated with Intervention under Coloscope

为了探讨结直肠息肉患者经结肠镜治疗后围手术期的护理措施和效果,将2015年4月至2016年4月,河南省驻马店市中医院肛肠科,采用结肠镜治疗的100例结直肠息肉患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例.观察组采用快速康复护理,对照组采用常规护理.对2组患者术后并发症、康复情况及满意度调查等进行对比分析.结果显示,观察组患者在术后并发症、康复情况及出院后满意度调查方面均优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结果表明,观察组采用的经结肠镜切除结肠息肉的围手术期护理措施科学,康复时间短、护理效果好,复发率低,治疗费用低,患者满意度高.

In order to explore the nursing measures at perioperation of interventing colorectal polyps under coloscope, and observe their efficacy, authorst department adopted enhance recovery nursing （ERN） for 50 cases with colorectal polyps as observation group, and routine nursing for another 50 cases with colorec- tal polyps as control one; all cases had received coloscopic surgery; then compared both group＇s postope- trative complication incidence, rehabilitation outcome and patient＇s satisfactory degree. As results, in a bove-mentioned indexes observation group was all superior to control one （ P ~0.05）. Results show that perioperative nursing used in observation group is of rational measures, can shorter rehabilitation time, obtain better efficacy of nursing, lower recurrence rate, lower cost of curing and higher patient＇s satisfac- tory degree than routine nursing.
