指背皮支链皮瓣修复同指皮肤缺损的临床应用

Clinical Application of Using Dorsal Cutaneous Branch Flap in Finger to Treat Finger Tip Defects

目的:探讨指背皮支链皮瓣修复同指皮肤缺损的方法和临床应用价值。方法:应用指固有动脉向指背发出的4~6条皮支及其皮支链结构,设计同指指背皮瓣逆行岛状移植修复指端皮肤缺损创面,观察其疗效。结果:术后20例皮瓣全部成活,其中3例皮瓣远端部分皮瓣坏死,经换药后治愈。术后伤指外形及功能恢复满意,取得较好的临床效果。结论:指背皮支链皮瓣修复指端皮肤缺损,术式操作简单、创伤小,皮瓣色泽接近邻指、临床疗效佳。

Objective This study was designed to study the method of using dorsal cutaneous branch flap in finger to treat finger tip defects and its clinical application value. Method By using the 4 to 6 branches of the innate arteries to the dorsal side and its branched chain structure, design the reverse fingers dorsal island skin flap to repair finger tip defects and evaluate its effects. Results All flaps survived in 20 cases. Distal part of flaps were necrotic in 3 cases and healed after dressing changes. The recovery of finger＇s of outlook and function was satisfactory after the surgery and achieved good clinical effects. Conclusion The method of using the dorsal cutaneous branch flap in finger to treat finger tip defects is simple, less injury and clinical effective. It is worthy being popularized and applied in grass-roots hospital.
