共混温度对EPDM/FKM性能影响及共混胶老化过程中交联密度变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同共混温度对EPDM/FKM共混胶老化前后性能影响及共混胶老化过程中性能和交联密度的变化。实验证明,40℃时,FKM310黏度较大;60℃时,两者黏度相近;110℃时,EPDM3250黏度较大。当共混温度分别为40、60、110℃时,随着共混温度的提高,共混硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度、100%定伸应力和扯断伸长率均有提高。共混温度为110℃综合考虑性能较好。 This paper researched the effects of different blending temperature on the properties of EPDM/ FKM blends before and after ageing and the changes of the properties and crosslinking density during aging. The results show that the viscosity of FKM310 is larger when the temperature is 40℃, and the viscosity is similar to that of at the temperature of 60℃, and the viscosity of EPDM3250 is larger when the temperature is 110℃. Hardness, tensile strength, 100% vulcanized rubber elongation stress and elongation of blend vulcanizatewere were increased with the blend temperature increasing when the blending temperature was 40℃, 60℃ and 110℃ respectively. Therefore, blending temperature of 110 ℃ has better performance.
