摘要
介绍了聚酰胺/溴化丁基橡胶动态硫化热塑性弹性体(PA/BIIR TPV)的制备原理和性能特点,概述了ExxcoreTM DVA弹性体的制备工艺流程和性能特点。结合ExxcoreTM DVA弹性体的专利文献和优化的制备流程,阐述了用于动态硫化的同向双螺杆挤出机组关键技术。
In this paper, the preparation principle and performance characteristics of polyamide / brominated butyl rubber dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer （PA / BIIR TPV） are introduced. The preparation process and performance characteristics of ExxcoreTM DVA elastomer are summarized. Combined with the patent literature and the optimized preparation process of ExxcoreTM DVA elastomer, this paper describes the key technology of co-rotating twin-screw extruder for dynamic vulcanization.
