深圳市B超科医生社会心理因素与工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患的相关性分析

Correlation analysis on social psychological factors and work-related musculoskeletal disorders in ultrasound doctors of Shenzhen City

目的调查分析社会心理因素对深圳市B超科医生工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患(WRMSD)的影响。方法采用横断面调查法,对深圳市13家医院171名B超科医生进行WRMSD及相关社会心理因素调查,对可能的因素进行logistic回归分析。结果自参加工作以来,B超科医生WRMSD患病率97.08%;过去1年WRMSD患病率96.49%;过去1周WRMSD患病率90.06%;工作负荷、定量负荷及负荷变化因子(工作需求)是工作满意感回归方程的主要预测因素;下班后身体感觉累或精神感觉疲倦是影响WRMSD年患病率的主要工作相关因素;工作满意感是影响WRMSD不可忽视的因素。结论社会心理因素在一定程度上对B超科医生WRMSD有影响。

[Objective] To analyze the influence of social psychological factors on work-related musculoskeletal disorders（WRMSD）of ultrasound doctors in Shenzhen City.[Methods]With cross-sectional survey method,the investigation on WRMSD and social psychological factors was performed among 171 ultrasound doctors in 13 hospitals of Shenzhen City,and the logistic regression analysis was used on the possible factors.[Results]The prevalence rate of WRMSD since the beginning of the work was 97.08%,the prevalence rate of WRMSD for the past year was 96.49%,and the prevalence rate of WRMSD in the past week was 90.06%. Work load,quantitative load and variable load factor（job requirements） were the main predictors of the regression equa-tion on job satisfaction. Physical fatigue and mental fatigue after work were the main work related factors affecting the preva lence rate of WRMSD. Job satisfaction could not be ignored as a factor influencing the WRMSD.[Conclusion]To a certain extent,the social psychological factors affect the WRMSD of ultrasound doctors.
