摘要
目的调查唐山市艾滋病(AIDS)传播知识知晓情况及安全套使用情况,探讨本地进一步开展性工作者健康教育和行为干预的相关措施。方法采用分层抽样调查的方法,在不同类型的服务场所随机抽取调查对象,进行面对面的问卷调查。结果共调查501名研究对象,平均年龄(28±7)岁,≥20岁的女性性工作者(FSWs)主要集中在宾馆、发廊。49.08%的低档次服务场所FSWs有下身不舒服情况,显著高于高档次服务场所。51.10%的FSWs艾滋病传播知识知晓率较高,65.29%的FSWs在最近一次商业性行为中使用了安全套,最近3个月与客人发生性行为时每次使用安全套的占49.10%。有吸毒行为的很少,仅有7人。结论我市FSWs艾滋病防治知识知晓率及安全套使用频率较低,应采取加强同伴教育、伴侣双方共同教育等多种形式相结合的方法促进艾滋病、性病防控工作。
[Objective] To investigate the awareness status of AIDS transmission knowledge and condom usage status in Tangshan City,explore the further measures of health education and behavior intervention among female sex workers.[Methods]A stratified sampling method was used to collect the objects from the different types of service places,and a face-to-face questionnaire survey was performed. [Results]A total of 501 subjects were investigated,with an average age of（28±7）years old. The female sex workers（FSWs）below 20 years old mainly concentrated in hotels,hair salons. 49.08% of FSWs in low-grade service places have suffered from lower body discomfort,which the proportion was significantly higher than those in high-grade service places. 51.10% of FSWs had the higher awareness rate of HIV transmission knowledge. 65.29% of FSWs have used the condom during the most recent commercial sexual intercourse,and 49.10% of FSWs used condom during intercourse with the guests every time in the last 3 months. Only 7subjects had drug use behavior.[Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge and the frequency of condom usage in FSWs are low in Tangshan City. It is necessary to promote the prevention and control of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases by a variety method of peer education and partner education.
