胆宁片对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝脏琥珀酸脱氢酶的影响

Effects of Danning Tablets on Succinate Dehydrogenase in Liver of Rats with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的观察胆宁片对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)表达的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养的方式复制非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型,同时给予胆宁片、多烯磷脂酰胆碱、绞股蓝总甙片进行治疗,观察大鼠肝脏病理形体学的变化,血清甘油三酯(TG),总胆固醇(TC),高、低密度脂蛋白(HDL-C、LDL-C)的动态变化,应用分光光度计法观察大鼠肝脏SDH的表达情况。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肝脏体积及重量均增大,病理切片见细胞质内存在大小不一脂肪空泡,细胞核受到不同程度挤压,部分细胞出现坏死,TG、TC均明显升高,HDL-C下降,SDH含量显著下降(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,胆宁片能显著减轻肝脏脂肪变性(P<0.05),SHD含量显著升高(P<0.01)。结论胆宁片可以提高NAFLD大鼠肝脏SDH含量,从而达到治疗NAFLD的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Danning tablets on the expression of succinate dehydrogenase （SDH） in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. Methods Rat models of NAFLD were reproduced by the method of high fat feeding, while Danning tablets, polyene phosphatidyl choline, Gypenosides tablets were given. To observe the morphological changes of liver pathology and the changes of serum triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, high and low density lipoprotein （HDL- C, LDL- C） dynamic. Spectrophotometer method was applied to observe the expression of liver SDH. Results Compared with normal group, the liver volume and weight of model group increased, pathological section showed there were different sizes of fat vacuoles in cytoplasm, and the nucleus were compressed to some extent, some cells showed necrosis. TG, TC were significantly elevated, HDL-C dropped, SDH content decreased significantly （P〈0.01）. Compared with model group, Danning tablets could significantly reduce the liver steatosis （P〈0.05） and elevate the SHD content （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Danning tablets is effective to improve the content of liver SDH in NAFLD rats, so as to treat NAFLD.
